We regularly buy and sell on a national basis thereby keeping up to date with the latest market trends. Our valuation department can prepare valuations for insurance, probate, capital gain, market realisation, family division and for all other purposes. We can provide the comprehensive hourly rate be it a singular object, a collection, or the entire contents of your home.

Valuations

With the value of Fine Art and Antiques reaching ever higher levels, an up-to-date professional evaluation of your personal or corporate property is no longer a luxury but a necessity. A written valuation by Tusmore Antiques provides you and your insurers with an indisputable and independent record of your possessions and their values.

Tusmore Antiques provide an efficient and confidential service for solicitors, trustees and executors in estate matters and beneficiaries in all aspects of valuation. All valuation reports are presented in duplicate, listing the individual item and the value, together with a digital photographic record of key items. A copy of this document is electronically stored in a high security file, with names and addresses filed separately for additional security. It can be an invaluable future reference should your copy be lost or destroyed.

We recommend that your valuation be reviewed after a period of 5 years has elapsed.
